Metallica at the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix: a legendary return to Yas Marina!
Metallica’s last performance in Abu Dhabi was in 2013 and it became an iconic event. Their debut in the region at Yas in 2011 laid the foundation for a passionate fan base. Their return after more than a decade is a grand gift for everyone who has been waiting for this moment.
The performance takes place as part of one of the most spectacular stages of the “royal races”. The energy of triumph on the track merges with the unbridled power of metal, creating a unique symbiosis of sporting excitement and musical ecstasy. This is not just a concert, but the culmination of a race weekend.
The band brings their monumental M72 tour, which has conquered stadiums around the world. Expect pyrotechnic explosions, laser shows, giant LED screens and stage structures designed for stadium scale. You will hear your favorite compositions: from the classics of the 80s ("Master of Puppets", "Enter Sandman", "One", "Seek & Destroy") to the masterpieces of the 90s ("Nothing Else Matters", "Sad But True") and powerful tracks from the latest album "72 Seasons" (2023), which was awarded a Grammy for "Best Metal Album" in 2024. The famous stage charisma of James Hetfield, virtuoso solos of Kirk Hammett, the gigantic sound of Robert Trujillo and the frantic drive of Lars Ulrich are the highlight of the program! The whole weekend will be filled with music:
Metallica Tickets at Etihad Park is not just an F1 event. It is an iconic event, uniting the titans of speed and the titans of rock in one legendary arena under the Abu Dhabi sky. It is the return of the kings of metal to the place where their energy and skill create real magic.
