Lusail International Circuit

Located near the city of Lusail and not far from Doha, Qatar, the Lusail International Circuit is a modern hub for world motorsport. Built in record time and opened in 2004, the circuit has hosted prestigious competitions since the Qatar Moto Grand Prix. The 5.4 km track with an impressive 1,068 metre start straight is surrounded by artificial grass, preventing sand from entering the track and ensuring the safety of the riders.

Since 2007, Lusail has been equipped with advanced lighting to allow night racing, and in 2008 it hosted the first MotoGP night race. In 2021, the circuit hosted the inaugural Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix, confirming its status as an international racing hub.
