Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is a spectacular facility located in the heart of the Middle East’s largest shopping and entertainment destination, The Dubai Mall. The aquarium holds 10 million litres of water and offers visitors the unique opportunity to observe over 33,000 marine creatures, including tiger sharks and rays, through the world’s largest external panel. An underwater tunnel allows guests to immerse themselves in the fascinating world of the ocean.
The upper level of the aquarium houses a zoo featuring a variety of fish species, penguins, snakes and reptiles. This indoor aquarium is one of the largest in the world and was awarded a Certificate of Excellence in 2012.
