Bi-2

«Bi-2» — alternative rock band formed in 1988 in Bobruisk. Founders and permanent participants — Shura Bi-2 (lead guitar, vocals) and Leva Bi-2 (lead vocals, guitar, percussion). The team also includes: Andrey Zvonkov (guitars), Max Lakmus (bass guitar), Boris Lifshitz (drums, percussion) and Yan Nikolenko (backing vocals, keyboards, flute, percussion). At the moment, Bi-2 have completed work on their tenth studio album, “Event Horizon.”

Bi-2 and symphony orchestra

The Union of Musicians of the Bi-2 group, Honored Artist of Russia conductor Felix Aranovsky, arrangers Gennady Kornilov and Sergei Gavrilov — This is a fruitful creative alliance that has given hundreds of thousands of viewers unforgettable hours of enjoying unique art at the intersection of two genres. The project, conceived in 2003 as a one-time experiment, so captivated all participants that over time it transformed into a full-fledged concert program, performed at the best concert venues in Russia, the CIS countries and the Baltic states. Bi-2’s creative collaboration with the orchestra continues not only on stage: in 2010, the studio recording “Bi-2 and the Symphony Orchestra of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia” was released. 2 CD", which included 25 live versions of songs. In 2013, a second symphony album appeared, recorded together with the Prague Symphony Orchestra, and in 2016 the publication “Bi-2 & Prague Metropolitan Symphony orchestra" released on vinyl.
